Company Director and principle investigator David Lowe was a member of the Tasmania Police Service with extensive experience in criminal investigation. Additionally David has successfully completed courses in Arson Investigation and Accident Appreciation.

On resigning from the Tasmania Police in 1987 David offered his investigative expertise to the various insurance companies and their legal offices in Tasmania. David conducted a number of fraud investigations for an Insurer after the Tasmania Police had said that the matters were civil. He was able to prove that the accident claims were in fact fraudulent and the claimants were successfully prosecuted on the evidence provided.

The expertise of David recovered $100,000 for one Insurer after he re-investigated a fire that the original investigator had written off as accidental.
